Be careful with the tubing to your immersion chiller while the wort is boiling (and sanitizing the chiller):

Yup. Even the high-temp tubing's no match for propane (I've got a batch called "Not THAT High-Temp Porter").

The beer is fine, nobody got hurt. I just had to shorten the tubing by about a foot.
