Safety Alert - Aluminium CO2 bottle not certified

Got to do a safety moment at work next week and came across this. Thought I better put it up on here.

The place I get my co2 from has a similar notice up behind the counter. They also have pictures of bottles that made its way into the shop that do not actually have the authorized markings.

Coming from China you can not always be sure of what you are getting.
I read an article that said with the expansion of Chinese fabrication/construction they are seeing equipment failure (boilers and pressure vessels) like they were back in the 1930s!
