Want to brew tomorrow but all I have is one packet of Safebrew yeast
What kind of beer will this yeast work well in?

they are really a cider/mead/wine yeasts
I think there is a wheat beer yeast in the safebrew line also though
It can ferment pretty dry but anything high OG should be ok.

S-33
I actually found a pack of us-05 in the kegerator and used that in a red ale yesterday

But if that s-33 will work in a certain style beer I'm all ears

From the Fermentis website, a description of S-33:

Robust ale yeast able to tolerate high alcohol conditions (up to 11.5% v/v). Used to produce a wide range of beer styles including Belgian wheat and Trappist beers.
