Hey guys I'm making a s'more beer and an IPA, tells me to use Safale S-04 dry yeast but I'm looking to sub it with a Wyeast. Was thinking Wyeast 1098 British ale yeast ...
Any suggestions guys (or gals)
Thanks in advance BTW

Please ask a question ONCE. Thanks. No need to paste the same exact question in 4-5 places. It causes work for the moderators, irritation for people who attempt to answer the question, and it's considered 'bad form'.

We can see the question. Every single time, it pops up under 'new posts', so no need to pepper the forum with the exact same question in multiple categories, including the recipe database.

Thanks.

Ya sorry wasn't trying to post it that many times... I'm using there app on my iPhone and it wasn't showing up that it posted

Anyway, I think that Wyeast 1335 is a nice sub for S04, partly because it clears as well as S04 and it is a nice clean 'dry' flavor. If you want a little English character, the 1098 is probably a great choice.
