Sad day

I am traveling for work and unable to drink my beer. I have a MrB West Coast Pale Ale ready to drink in the fridge, some cold morning maple wheat carbing up in bottles, NB's Chinhook IPA and NB's Belgian Dubbel in fermenters. So close to having a pipeline, yet not quite... So I sit in a bar drinking a Blue Moon...

I am interested to see what happens with the IPA. I boiled off an extra half gallon of water.. Didn't think to add it back so the OG was a little high..

I don't like Chinook as the bittering hop (In most situations). I'd use something like Magnum for the bittering and chinook for the later additions. Just my opinion

Chinook rocks. I did a Chinook/Rye IPA that I really enjoyed. Call home and have someone dry hop with Chinook!
