Revision DISTRO now very strong all throughout Sacramento, Placer and Yolo Counties. Into SF, Alameda and Sonoma as well. Easy to get at all the small local bottle shops, quickie marts and TW/Bevmo.

Got a couple 4 packs for the weekend.

How you folks digging Urban Roots?

Thinking to make the trip to Sac this weekend to check out a few spots. Moksa and New Glory are also on the list.
I have really enjoyed the beers. Like Riding a Bike, the west coast IPA, is really good and the Saisons are classic Hoey. BBQ isn't on Aptos level or anything, I'm hoping it improves. If you haven't tried Pastry Method and Indulgence let me know, if I'm around I'm happy to open them with you. I'm only 2 miles from Urban Roots.

Stoked to check out Urban Roots next Friday. Good to hear the saisons are on point.

Back at Moksa yesterday. Chill crowd listening to 80s tunes while watching baseball.

Had the Turbinator IPA. Solid. Also had tasters of 3 ply TIPA and Angry Grandpa WC IPA.

They still have Rocklin Ale 4 packs, so I got 1 to go. This batch was pretty good. Will go down nice with the 100 degree temps coming up this weekend.

Beer is ******* stupid, insane they have to tell people not to urinate outside. WTF is wrong with our "culture"?
It's dumber that they're anticipating a line aren't doing one of the multitude of proven other options to prevent people from doing that.

Locals only bruh, online sales would mean you don't have to have the dedication required to get Moksa bottles. /S
I know you're a rarity/special release guy, but that doesn't bother me at all. In fact, I think it's smart to reward your most consistent/loyal customers. However, there are ways to do local-only sales that don't also have the included assumption that people are going to camp out for hours ahead of time.

Ugggh. Not looking forward to that at all. I was born & raised in Sac, but a decade+ in SF has made me weak af.
Anybody checking out the New Glory party on Saturday?

I don't give a **** about rarity/special release. If it's easy for me to get (see online sale/member sale) then I'm down. Chasing beer is too ******* exhausting, especially with the breweries/distribution we have in Southern California. I have never understood people that wait more than an hour in line for beer. I did it once in 2015 for Beatification and I felt like a ******* fool, never again.

Back again...

"Winter Somewhere" Nelson IPA drinking even better this week.

LUSH is also really good right now. Rich chocolate. Pecan is subtle. New Brut IPA is interesting, pretty dry though.

Rocklin Ale cans are perfect with the 100 degree weather.

Picked up cans after the weekend Pug dog adoption event.

Don't Forget Me DIPA is pretty great from the cans, Mostly Citra with Eldo and Vic. Very little bitterness, big juice up front. Usually the Moksa cans need a week or so, this one is ready from day 1.

They also made the local TV news...
