Can anyone tell me what the efficiency is for the sabco brewmagic system? I'm trying to figure out the cost of a 10 gallon batch with that system

Brewhouse or Mash?
I get 75 to 80 percent. Mash. But I have a mill.
Never cared to look at brewhouse.

No. Just consistently.
Crush and lauter-ability are the biggest driving factors to mash efficiency.
On the latter, some people just cannot get the hang of fly-sparging. The BM was designed for this but several owner obtain incresed efficiency by utilizing a different method of lautering.
Which brings me to the first,
If your crush is not consistent then you have no idea what to expect regardless of how you lauter.
