Note sure yet!

I brewed a partial mash SA Summer clone from AHBS. It looks good and the color has changed in the past 3 days. I hit the OG dead on. I made a starter 2 days before and the yeast is going to work at a great pace. They haven't slowed down in the past 72 hours. Just steady eating and moving around the carboy. There's plenty of movement in the carboy, so it looks good so far.
