Hey,
So my beer order came and the guys at the LHBS made a mistike and gave me S-33 instead of an S-04. I was planning on brewing a nut brown with this recepie:

Going back means i'll have to wait a week becaue it's a holiday in here (Happy Succot everyone!), so I'm thinking about going ahead and brewing this anyways. What do people think? Can it be done or should I wait a week and get proper English ale yeast? I realize it might not taste "English" now but will I get a nice beer or will I ruin the recepie?

I THINK that one will ferment lower, so you'll have a thinner beer. For an English but brown, S-04 would be better and leave it maltier.

S-33 also tends to stall and restart. So you might take that extra week to ferment with it anyway.
