Ok so i did my second extract this morning. It was another Brewer's Best kit (my first was the Red Ale) the American Cream Ale. I was more carefull with the santiation this time and did not leave the lid on the boil. The first time i kept the lid partially on the pot to keep the boil going really good. The wort kept boiling but did not reach a real big roilling boil. I am worried that since my wort didnt reach a big rolling boil it wont be as good as it could be. I know i shouldnt worry that it should turn out fine but im still a little worried. (Im still working on getting a turkey fryer set up for the boil but it will be a little bit.) I also kept most of the trub in the brew pot this time so i hope that this will help. I am still pretty unsure of myself during the whole brewing process but i am sure that I will get better with time and experience. I have been reading this site almost daily (i have alot of free time at work) and want to thank everyone for all the information. I dont think i have had a question that i couldnt find an answer to with just a little bit of searching.
