Hello people
i have a quick question about the temperature for a good fermentation process for Cider, i use apple juice and sugar to make some hard apple cider with walmart apple juice 100%.
i make 3 jug of one gallon each, i put a spoon of yeast nutriments and put the LALVIN K1V-1116 YEAST direct to the jugs and mix them all together.
i let the jugs in room temperature from 25 to 29 celsius.
i know the temperature afect alot the fermentation progress is the temperature of my room good to let the jugs there?
one of the jugs start to smell very bad like rotten eggs.
Regards
