Hello Everyone, I have a few components at my disposal, so I am thinking about building an automated home brewery. I am curious what system people would recommend, given the components that I currently have. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! I'm looking to make a versatile system that would work well with the items I already have.
Here is what I have:
60 gallon stainless steel tank that has an external jacket, hinged lid, agitator. (picture attached)
4.5KW self contained microprocessor controlled high pressure boiler. Designed to circulate 20gpm at up to 250 degrees.
I have plenty of PLC's, automated valves, centrifugal pumps, sensors, ect//
I have an unlimited supply of 130 degree water (the circulation water from my outside wood boiler)
I have an unlimited supply of 50 degree well water as a possible cooling source.
