Hope this works...
Hello to all you homebrewers and wine makers here at Homebrew. I am in central Arkansas, have been brewing beer and a little wine for about 5 years now. I had gotten out of the hobby for a while but decided to start again, this time a little slower. When I first got into it I jumped in with both feet and really overdid it. I once had 3 batches of beer and 2 carboys of wine going and botling had beome a large hassle. It was disrupting our everyday life and I just gave it up. I suspect lots of folks start out that way and get too involved. It is supposed to be a HOBBY, not an obsession and to be enjoyed slowly I think. I rarely drink much more than a sample, gave most of my finished stuff away to friends. Anyway, here I am again, going to make a 3 gallon batch of wine hopefully ready for Cristmas gifts. Thanks for listening.
