I was going to try the rolling keg to force carb tonight.
I filled the keg last night and purged twice. Then I put it in the fridge to chill.
By the time I get home it will be chilled. Should I put the CO2 on to 30PSI and roll it on the floor for a minute and then put back in the keezer?
When I've seen others doing this they didn't chill the keg first.
I was also going to give it another 24 hours with no pressure, then purge, then put on my normal 10PSI.
