I brewed this a few weeks ago. OG was 1.084 and FG a low 1.010. It was supposed to be in the 1.018 to 1.020 range but that darned Pacman kept on eating.
The beer was in the fermenter for 6 weeks, three @ 60F and the remainder @ 45F.
The taste is good, a bit dryer than I wanted, and it's about 9.6% ABV.
