Working on a Flanders Red… did a primary with US-05 and just transferred to the secondary for the long wait. Pulled the pack of Roeselare Blend out of the mini-fridge in the brew cave and it was flippin’ frozen..!! Not solid but a pretty stiff slush.

Warmed it back to room temp and I’m going to chuck it in anyway. I figure the worst thing that can happen is… well… nothing. Then I have to make a LHBS run for a fresh pack.

Was wondering if anyone else has run into anything similar.? I’ll update in a week or on how things are going.
 
You were right… it took 10 days before I noticed a pellicle forming.!
