Hello from Upstate NY! I've just begun home-brewing and have been trying to find time, in between a new baby, to brew. I've officially brewed two beers and am in the middle of my third. I've only used extract kits so far but look forward to learning more and more and expanding my brewing capabilities.

Welcome! There is much to be learned here. Also humor and comraderie. Again, Welcome and Brew On Brother!

Thanks, Looking forward to it! It's something I really enjoy doing and it'll be fun talking to others that enjoy it as well!

Stop making new babies, that'll leave more time for brewing! Where ya at in Roc? (I'm in Sha'lot)

Judging from your handle you're either next door to me or over by Mt. Hope?

I actually live in East Irondequoit (via Fairport) and I run White Haven in Pittsford so that's where the name comes in. Thought I'd combine my job and my brewing location.

Ahhh...the cemetery without headstones.

Welcome to the brewing addiction and feel free to tap me if you run into problems or have any questions. I'm a BIAB no-chill brewer!

That's the one. Thanks, I'm hoping to get into all grain after being only extract so far and BIAB might be the way to get started.
