Seems like a waste of Maris Otter - I'd be surprised if you can taste this little in an RIS. And I'd use a darker crystal, like C60L or C80L. And I think that your grain bill seems needlessly complicated - settle on chocolate or Carafa, roasted barley or roasted wheat.
