Should one rinse fermenters, kegs, etc, after sanitizing them with Starsan?
Many thanks

+100 to not rinsing. That essentially reintroduces the bacteria and mold in tap water to the walls of your fermenter.

What about if you're going to let them sit? I've heard some advice about not letting Starsan sit on metal unnecessarily long, but sometimes I do this... "Sanitize right before use" seems to be the motto.

Why sanitize if you're going to let them sit? Clean-->rinse-->put away-->sanitize before using.
