I have some rhubarb and want to make a gallon of wine the recipe asks for 3kgs, I only have 1.6 kg and have frozen them.
I have some rhubarb in the freezer that's been there for some time the only this is I did not weigh it, does frozen rhubarb weigh more the fresh rhubarb

yes of course. Things weigh the same whether they are frozen or thawed.
