Started 2 batches today. 10lbs of chopped frozen rhubarb topped up with store bought apple juice. Lalvin EC-1118.

Also a batch with 10lbs of frozen blackberries. I'll leave for a month, then bottle condition for 10months.

what was your recipe for the rhubarb cider? i have a bunch frozen that i need to use. thanks!
