Go for a Colonna if you ever want to work Belgian style bottles. I have used SN without issue, even with a wing capper, but it was the red one with removeable bell, not the cheaper black one.

The super agata doesn't work on those bottles if I switch the bell out?

I've used SN bottles with the standard bell without issue. The other bell is for champagne bottles, but I know there are some wing cappers that don't have a switchable bell, and some (nicer) ones that do. This one worked fine for me:
