Starting a Muntons Connoisseur export hopped pilsner lme and light dme in a Fermentasaurus under pressure. Then will keg it and into fridge. Ill be using insulated jacket with ice bottles and should be able to keep temp at around 70 degrees. Any suggestions on warm brewing yeast closest to a pilsner? Any and all suggestions welcome.
