I have been using my fridge/freezer for fermenting but now I want to revert it back to normal use. What position should I set the dial to for recalibrating? IE: I imagine I should put the capillary tube in ice water, set the dial to max cool and adjust the cutout to trip at that temp. Does this sound right?
