So I am the new guy on here....I share the same passion that many others do. It's not just about drinking the different flavors. It is about building, engineering, solitude, creativity, camaraderie, and of course tasting the magical flavors of the nectar called BEER!
I have been brewing for around 1 year with a brewing partner (Nick). He and I shared the same interest around the same time but he was quicker to learn and purchase the needed equipment. I am slower out of the gate but bring strong passion once I figure out my direction.
I am in the process of building a 3 vessel HERMS system. I will be looking out for some professional advice so help me out guys! Looking forward to it.
