Before I drop $35 on a new "S" style keg coupler, some had mentioned I might be able to replace the dip tube on my sanke with a "D" style dip tube. I already have a "D" style keg coupler.

Would this work? Any idea where I can buy a "D" style keg dip tube if it does?

Thanks, guys.

sizes might differ on the seal area. You could try, but if the seal is off, it most likely won't work or you'll have to rig something to make it work. A new spear might cost $20+ anyway, so I'd say either get the proper coupler for the spear you have, or try to get/trade for a D style keg so you don't have to worry about the fit. I've got multiple kegs, all the same style coupler, but some spears just won't seal right if switched around, fwiw.
