I have experience in the petrochemical custom fabrication field. If anyone cameto my shop wanting to make that repair I would advise that they destroy it. While a repair can be made it seems like that keg has been subjected to more pressure than is should have at some point and there my be other areas of stress. On the other hand the repair would probably cost nearly the cost of replacement.
Those parts are easily available at any local home repairing shops in Atlanta. Even the cracks are easy to repair, you need to add welding metals on it.
