I am sure this has been answered, i have had a hard time finding the answer though.

If I remove the beer line after it has been connected will it spill all over the floor?

Or am I able to connect and disconnect the keg when I need it on the tap?

Thank you for your responses!

I have been building a coffin for my mini fridge, and have a keg that is ready for it. However, the sides of the mini fridge are incredibly warm causing the box to be a heater rather than a cooler. I built an exhaust vent and everything for it. So until I solve the problem I was going to need to keep the keg in a fridge and hook it up when I want to drink it. So I would need to keep connecting and disconnecting so it doesn't get warm from just sitting in the open.

I think I am going to just fully disassemble the mini fridge seeing as it is old anyway and make sure all non freezer components are on the outside. But that may take a week or two.

Wastes some CO2, but I shut off the gas and bleed the keg pressure before removing the beer QD. I'd rather waste some gas and risk a small leak vs. the risk, albeit small, of having Old Faithful spew in my fridge.
