Ok, a bit of a bonehead move here. I moved a blonde I brewed into a secondary carboy and added two muslin bags with hibiscus flower after racking over pureed mangos. It had been a long week and I wasn't really thinking because now I am wondering just how in the hell I am going to get those two bags out in three days, while still allowing the beer to hang in secondary with the mangos. Any suggestions?

Sanitized wire bent into a hook in the end.

I was think about that myself. I was at least smart enough to sanitize some string and attach it to both bags. Should be an adventure later this week with lots of colorful language.

I've done this a couple of times, making sure the strings were securely tied, and both times the muslin bag came out without a problem.

Granted, I had to pull slowly to squeeze them out (without leaking everywhere), and it felt like they weren't going to make it, but strong, steady pressure did the trick.
