A certain "ajdelange" has been recommended to assist me in deciding if I need to adjust my water, so would that person and all others interested kindly check my thread in the all grain forum - in fact 3 very related threads all updated or started August 20th 16:18 pm BST that is 9:18 to 11:18 in the USA I believe.
