My first attempt at Red Velvet Ale. So tasty. What is your coolest brew?

Absolutely gorgeous color on that one! Did you use Red X malt?

My current fave of mine is a warm fermentation of a German steam beer I brewed on 5-4-18. Very subdued lager qualities and sooo smooth!

Beets gave it that color. The flavor is really good too. I will post the recipe on the next post.
