I just kegged up me first Red Ipa, thought i would share. I went with a different hop profile than most i have seen. Ill post up a picture and tasting notes when i draw a pint off next week.

3kg Maris Otter
2kg Vienna
500g Wheat
500g Caramalt 30
120g Black Patent

20g Magnum 60 Mins
50g Belma (Whirlpool 30 mins @ 95 degrees)
50g Bramling Cross (whirlpool 30 mins @ 95 degrees)

Dry hopped with 25g of Bramling Cross and Belma for 4 days before kegging.

Smell is great, blackberry, Strawberry maybe some melon.

Cant wait to get the first taste.

A quick picture after 3 weeks in keg...

Super happy with this one, more malty that I was shooting for but it sure is tasty.
