Hops/Spices:



0.50 oz. US Liberty 4.5%AA @60 min.

0.50 oz. US ahtanum,4.5%AA @60 min

0.50 oz. US ahtanum, 4.5%AA@30 min.

1.00 oz. US ahtanum, 4.5%AA@15 min.

.5 tbsp crushed coriander @5min

.25 ounce sweet orange peel @ 5 min

mash Water Qts: 14.50



Single infusion mash @ 152deg for 60 min sparge with 170 deg. Boil for 60 min adding the medium candied syrup at the beginning of the boil.


ferment for 10 days starting at 70 stepping up to 75 then to 78 deg over the first 5 days and hold at 78 for the last 5 days and will bottle condition for 4 weeks.
