My first attempt at adding fruit to the secondary....

Ingredients
6lbs dark lme
1.5lbs light dme
2lbs fresh cherries at 30 min
1oz fuggle 60min
.5oz willamette 2min

The cherry cream ale I did I smashed the cherries with a beer bottle And mixed them with corn sugar and fermented for two weeks, it was good, but not near there cherry flavor I had hoped.

Also, the color of the cherries was the main thing the the beer had, it totally bleached them out, it was neat to watch
