Red Ale foam up upon bottle opening?

Anyone know why my all grain red ale would foam up out of the bottle after seal has been broken and cap removed?

It comes up slowly after opening, starts maybe after 10-15 seconds.

The beer spent 1 week in a primary, 1.5 weeks in a secondary, and has been in the bottles for about two months now stored at a constant temp of around 60 degrees.

Any insight will be much appreciated

Well I'm still new to pm and ag but it sounds like you over carbonated it. Did you check the fg to make sure it was done fermenting before you bottled?
