Recycling yeast ...?

I have heard and seen that we could recycle yeast. Should I leave it outside room temperature or fridge...? And how can I reuse it.

Are you thinking about reusing yeast from fermented wort? Recovering the yeast is know as yeast washing and many home brewers use it. The second link is to a very good video discussing how to do this.
