I got out of brewing because I never liked the beer I made and ended up giving it all away to some less particular drinkers. But now I want to try again so I have to rebuild my equipment.
I stopped by the local Price Chopper and grabbed some buckets from the bakery, but when washing them I noticed the recycle code was 5 with PP under it. Obviously they are food grade as they had food in them, but are they sufficient for fermenting?
