While reviewing my Brewer's Friend recipes I discovered that I had criminality recorded nothing for the hops used in one of the best beers I have made and need to advice. I am not so much looking to perfectly replicate my foggy memories, but suggestions on what people think would go well with the grain and fruit bill that I do have.

5 lb munich 20l
5 lb wheat malt
1 lb rye malt
1.14 lb sucrose (stand in for 8 lb of frozen cherries)

Yeast
US-05

I also recall putting the blended cherry smoothie into the fermenter at the beginning of krausen.

I think something like heull melon or hallertauer mittelfrüh would be a good complement and kinda traditional. Or maybe mosaic or pacific gem if you're going more hoppy.

OO. thanks . A very simple and affordable way. I came across similar options on the Internet, but they were too expensive
