Hey guys. Just got the oxygenation kit from NB and plan to use it in about 6 hours. The regulator doesn't have any values on it for LPM. Any suggestions on how far open to run this thing and for how long? Batch will be 6 gallons, 1.065 OG

Thanks

When I had that kit (upgraded to the welding tank and reg) I would turn it on about 1 full turn then put it in the fermenter, then turn it up or down so the bubbles almost don't break the surface. You want as little amount of foam, because if your bubbling it into foam it's not staying dissolved in the wort.

I run the same set up and oxygenate for about 20 seconds.
I ran some DO tests a few years ago and found any more than that is a waste of O2.
