Hey guys, I'm looking to do a pilot brewery, and so I'm looking to set up a 2BBL brewhouse with the same in fermenters and brights.
I'm going to be setting up in a shop that has no drainage or water, so I'll be bringing water in periodically in barrels. There is natural gas and 240V power coming into the building though so I'm considering a direct fire system over electric.
I'm wondering what recommendations you guys might have for equipment in this place. I am trying to get it licensed as well, so the local liquor board says no home made gear. I've been looking at Stout equipment, but I'm trying to wrap my head around cooling requirements. I am thinking to start, a HLT-MLT-Kettle setup with 2 fermenters and a bright tank. I'm wanting to try and keep the main equipment and all accessory equipment within $50k.
