So i'm looking for something on the lines of Tuckerman's pale ale or long trail. I have a room that for the next month wil have a steady 55 degree temp. Any ideas? Prob will need to an extract as well.

I brewed up Austin Homebrew's Long Trail Ale clone and, while it's still a little green (I don't think I gave WLP029 enough time to clean itself up in primary), it's a good beer. I can't say if it's an exact clone, though--I haven't had Long Trail in ages, and really only bought the kit because I wanted an alt. It was a good choice.

If you've got a cold room, though, go with Wyeast, because the White Labs Kolsch yeast works best at warmer temperatures.
