Thinking of a extract IPA, here are the hop I currently have. Plan on using some to dry hop. Any suggestions on a schedule for 5 gallons and a 2.5 gallon boil.

2oz Perle
2oz Cascade
2oz centennial

8lb LME
1# 60L Crystal
.7# 80L Crystal

Hops schedule?

Thanks

Given those ingredients, I'd probably do this or something similar. It stinks you can only do a 2.5g boil, b/c it requires more bittering hops to get utilization... You could try late extract method, but this is a recipe without late extract. Going to be a tad Amber for an IPA, but that's alright. I wouldn't use the 80L crystal, 1.7lb of crystal is way too much anyway. Lastly, 51IBU might not seem IPA-ish, but you can only get to an OG of 1.058, so I think its a pretty decent IBU and will keep it well balanced:

If you want to do the late extract addition (boil your LME for only 15 minutes at the end) it may keep the beer a little lighter and it will allow for more hops utilization. Thus, you don't need to bitter with the Centennial and can use some later for flavor/aroma/dryhop. Here's a version for late extract addition. I think I'd prefer this one. It comes it at 57 IBU and has more flavor/aroma/dryhop. You could probably even drop the Pearle addition to 35-40 minutes so that it stays in the 50IBU range. Your call:
