I'm looking for the same type of recipe. We are looking to brew this beer to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the reformation and it's also the 100th anniversary of our church. I found this tread:

If I can't find something better, I may go with the 2/3 Pilsner 1/3 wheat recipe. Please let me know. Thank you.
