i am stumped. i want to brew something European, is there such a thing a polish beer haha.

anyways i don't know what to make right now. what is everyone making right now or your favorite recipe? help me out. a dark beer sounds good right now i just finished off my pale ale and i have a amber i will bottle Sunday.

awesome! both beers are exactly what i was looking for the history and story with both beers are super cool. i honestly didn't think a polish beer would really be a thing.

thanks for the suggestions. both have me excited to brew. if anyone eles has some suggestions i am all ears, its all new to me going to make a list.

I’ll be curious to see how it turns out for you. I am Polish, and have wanted to try one of thesestyles, but can’t commit 5gal to a beer style I’ve never tried. Keep us posted. I was going to reccommend a Belgian tripel.

Why would you have to commit to 5 gallons? I often make 2 1/2 gallon batches BIAB in the same equipment that I would have used for 5 gallons. It wouldn't be too difficult to make an experimental 1 gallon batch either although you might need some smaller equipment for that.

I thought about that. But i use a 15 gal kettle for my 5 gal BIAB batches. I do have the ability to do a 1 gal though. Still have my craft a brew kit that got me started in this maddening hobby. :D
