Recipe suggestions/help

Can anyone suggest a good light beer recipe that is inexpensive to make??? Has to be all extract as I have no mashtun. Looking for good light beer for the summer.

Check out Biermuncher's recipe. It is cheap, very popular recipe on this forum. I have only made variations of the all grain version however...but it has turned out great

i do almost everything all-grain, but i still do hefeweizen with dme. 6 lbs (2 bags) wheat, 1 oz hallertauer, mittelfrueh, or hersbrucker, and a pack of wb-06 dry yeast. great summer beer, and very easy

If you use BM's recipe you will be just fine. More people have made that recipe than he has posts...and I have never heard any complaints...

I've made the extract version 3 or 4 times, and it's very good. One of my two kegs has become a CB keg.
