How do you scale a recipe up from 5 to 10 gallons? Can I just double the ingredients? I’d like to scale the following recipe up to 10 gallons

Yeah as mentioned you can double to get you in the ballpark, things that might change would be your og depending on the efficiency of whatever equipment you are using vs what you were using for 5 gallon. I use beersmith as well to scale recipes when needed.

You double the ingredients, but you also have to make sure that your equipment can handle twice the volume and weight. Times generally remain the same with the exception of heating and cooling.
