I'm hoping this thread is original and not located somewhere else, if this is a duplicate would you please just point me in the right direction and we can discontinue this one. If it is new I think this could be a great place for people looking for recipes/clones. If you are looking for something specific you could post it here and then other members could either point you in the right direction or if they have the recipe just post it as a response.

I'll start it out with my request. I'm looking for a recipe from Dry Dock Brewing Company (Aurora CO). It's called "USS Enterprise IPA." It has 6.4% ABV, 69 IBU and is one of their on-tap daily beers. I know they used to give out the recipes for almost all of their beers at their attached home brew store, "The Brew Hut" but unfortunately I lost it in my last move and can't seem to find it anywhere on their webpage. If anyone has it, knows where I could find it or even has a similar clone recipe I would greatly appreciate it.

As a disclaimer, I am not looking for any protected or proprietary information but rather just a recipe that was previously offered for free by the brewery mentioned above.

I found (and slightly modified) the following extract recipe at http://www.jimsbeerkit.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9700&start=30

USS Enterprise IPA
An extract recipe I gleaned from the website 'Reddit'. It seems the recipe was originally given by the brewery on their website long ago but has since disappeared from their site and Reddit. I always planned to brew this but never did so cannot vouch for how good it is. Lots of people posted to say how much they liked it though.

Extracts
7.5 lbs. Light DME

Steeping grains
1 lb. C40L
8 oz. Carapils

Hops
1 oz. Chinook 90 mins
1 oz. Cascade 45 mins
1 oz. Cascade 30 mins
1 oz. Amarillo 15 mins
1 oz. Amarillo dry hopped 7 days

Yeast
Wyeast 1938 Fuller's or Fermentis S-04

OG 1060, FG 1.015, SRM 9, IBU 60

Thanks, I'll be giving it a try and hopefully it turns out similar although even if it doesn't, at least you end up with 5 gallons of IPA.
