First all grain BIAB brew.

Rahr 2-Row Malt - 7 lb.
Weyermann Carafoam 1 lb
Flaked Rice 1 lb
Cascade Hop Pellets 1 oz.
Czech Saaz Hop Pellets 1 oz.
Safale US-05 Ale Yeast
16 OZ Agave Syrup

Comment of what might be the outcome of this experiment?

Suggestions on Tweaking.

Never used Agave before. Anyone else?

Back into brewing after several years hiatus.

Trying for light and crisp.

Suggestions on hop schedule. I think I'm a bit light on hops, but I'm tring to make something to indoctrinate my BMC buddies.

Thanks in advance.

Like honey, you don't get a lot of flavor out of it after fermentation. The best way to get some of that flavor is to look around organic food stores or the organic section of your local supermarket for "raw" agave syrup. You'll know you found the right stuff if it's the color of maple syrup (sometimes darker). If you find the stuff that is light like honey or even clear you won't get good flavor coming through.
