Hey there everyone, just looking for some input on a recipe i want to brew in the near future, will be doing a Black IPA recipe is as follows
Grain Bill
8# 2-row pale
3# German Pils
1# crystal 120L added to lauter tun for sparge
1# Blackprinz Cold steep 24 Hr
1# carafa III Special type, Cold steep 24Hr
Hop Bill
2 oz warrior 20 min 18.4% AA
1.5 oz Columbus 5 min 19.5% AA
1.5 oz Horizon 5 min 10.1% AA
1.5 oz Galaxy 5 min 15%AA
Yeast
Safale us-05
Im going for more of a hop flavor and aroma more so than a bitterness to the beer, any suggestions or tweeks you guys might have is much appreciated!
