Recipe Indecesion

I'm planning on making a beer this weekend with a friend who is new to brewing. I'm looking for something with a quick turnaround such as Centennial Blonde recipe. I 'm thinking about Orfy's Mild Mannered Ale but would welcome any suggestions of recipes you have done in the past that were successful with a short turnaround. Obviously nothing with high abv or ibus as they need time to age and we are looking for an easy session beer.

Tons of beers can have a quick turnaround. What do you and your friend like to drink?

We both enjoy every American, English and Irish ale we've had that was under 40 ibu's. That is a big reason for our inability to make a decision.
